Spacelush Refer & Earn Programme

The following Terms and conditions of the Spacelush Refer & Earn Programme (“the Programme”) constitute the agreement between Spacelush.com and the Spacelush account holder in the context of the Programme.

As part of the programme, to refer your friends, you, the referrer, must be a registered customer on Spacelush.com. Only those referrals submitted in the Refer & Earn section of Spacelush.com will qualify for earning a Referral reward.
To Refer Your Friend(s), you must log in to your account, go to Refer & Earn section and share your referral code on display to your friend by clicking on the referral link.
The Referral discount can be combined with any other offers or credits unless otherwise stated.
After your friend’s order is delivered, you will receive the Referral reward of Upto Rs.20000/- and we will send you SMS informing the same. Also, you can log in to your Spacelush account and check under rewards segment.
You cannot refer any of our existing Spacelush.com customers.There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

By entering into the Programme, both you and your referral(s) shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Programme. You, the referrer, permit Spacelush.com to email your friend(s), referencing your name as the referrer.
Spacelush reserves the right to disqualify or invalidate any individual’s referral reward, which has been obtained through fraud or abuse of this ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme or otherwise in violation of these terms.
We also reserve the right to cancel the ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme or alter the eligibility criteria at any time and, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
The Spacelush ‘Refer and Earn’ Programme is solely intended for personal and non-commercial purposes only, and the referral code may only be shared with your personal contacts or friends.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of India subject to the jurisdictional courts of Chennai.
